I bought this crossbow for part of my costume for the Texas Renaissance Festival. It easily fit my price range and actually works. Not that you can do any major hunting with it or even fire it at Ren-Fest, but it's nice to have a working one. The carving and design of the bow is gorgeous and it is a sturdy one.
